Yeah, as it happens I'll be meeting the developers and having a thorougher play test next week. Any questions you'd like me to ask?

I have questions

*Physics - What did Milestone base their car physic on? Will WRC be a modern RBR (i.e. as real as possible) or an arcade/sim hybrid like the CMR & Dirt series.

* Any former or current WRC drivers help with car physics and/or car feel?

*Graphics engine - an updated SBK X engine or all new for WRC? Frame rate - what is it? Will evolving track deformation be featureed in WRC and if so, will it make a significant difference to driving the car? (it does nothing in SBK X other than darken the racing line)

*Damage levels - Codemasters have set the standard for damage in their rally styled games. How does WRC compare to the benchmark, Dirt 2 and will WRC damage be superficial or does it make a significant difference to car handling.

* Courses: What countries are included, how many courses are there and are these reproductions of real WRC courses or fictional courses? Will WRC feature the full gamut of rally terrain: tarmac, gravel, dirt, snow, ice, mud etc.

*Cars: How many, what classes and are there any Group B monsters in the roster?

*Weather: Does WRC feature real time weather changes?

*Rules. Will WRC follow the sports rules? (i.e. damage repair can only be for 60 minutes at cerain intervals between stages).

*Support. Milestone do not support their games - they are shipped and that's all until next year. Will WRC have much DLC content (new cars, tracks etc)?

*WRC to be an annually released game like the SBK series?

Cheers.

Thanks mate, yeah I've covered a lot but two heads are always better than one. I should get the opportunity to film myself taking it for a spin too.

Not a problem.

Sim Racing Tonight has an interview with Milestone about WRC. You'll need to skip ahead to 23:42 to watch the interview (unless you want to stare at Ms Lopez and her highly stretched top ).

Link to video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gjsHU...feature=digest

They cover quite a few topics outlined above, might be worth a watch to see what topics SRT missed...and for the eye candy!

Cheers.

I think I might buy this game. There hasn't been a good rally game since Ralli Sport Challenge 2, why can't DICE make a new one!!!???
